Due to Covid-19, the lobby to the Village Clerk’s office remains closed. The drive thru is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to handle any transactions you may need. The traffic light at the intersection of Gwinn Street and W. Oak Orchard Street will remain on flashing red until further notice.
The Village of Medina Workshop and Board Meetings will be held at the Senior Citizens Center located at 615 West Avenue, Medina.
It has been brought to our attention that a third party website is offering an online service to pay your Village of Medina water bill. These types of websites are NOT affiliated with the Village of Medina and The Village of Medina does not receive any type of payments on your behalf. The Village of Medina DOES NOT have online bill payment available. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Village Clerk’s Office at 585-798-0710, option 2.
Until further notice the Village of Medina workshops held on the second Monday of the month will be held on the fourth Monday of the month beginning at 6:00 p.m. The business meeting will immediately follow at 7:00 p.m.

Fall Leaf and Brush Pick Up
Please take notice: The Village of Medina will begin Leaf and Brush pick up starting in November, 2020. This process will take several days. Do not rake leaves into any village street. Doing so could cause street flooding and sewer problems.
It is prohibited by law to place leaves (considered debris) or snow in the road or town right of way. (Vehicle and Traffic Law 1219 and 1220 sub A).
Section 1219A – Putting glass or other injurious substance on highway is prohibited. No person shall throw or deposit upon any highway any glass bottle, glass, nails, tacks, wire, cans, SNOW or any other substance likely to injure any person, animal, or vehicle upon such highway.
Section 1220A – Throwing refuse on highways and adjacent lands is prohibited. No person shall throw, dump, deposit or place or cause to be thrown, dumped, deposited or placed upon any highway, or with the limits of the right of such highway, or upon private lands adjacent thereto, any refuse, trash, garbage, rubbish, litter or any nauseous or offensive matter.
